A project to construct the Maarjamõisa Medical Campus at Tartu University Hospital brings benefits to patients across a comprehensive range of health disciplines. The logistic efficiency will be handled by using Drop&Go™- waste and laundry pipeline transfer systems from Ecosir Group.
Improved care and working conditions
The hospital states that the project will improve the treatment conditions for around 500 000 people who will have better access to medical care. The hygienic logistic system will improve the working conditions. It also minimizes the infection and virus/bacteria risks for patients and nurses.
The vacuum pipeline installation starts from March, 2021. The new hospital is estimated to start operation by end of 2022.
